CODE OF CONDUCT

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful, family-friendly manner. The following behaviors are grounds for immediate ejection without refund:

• Using foul or abusive language or making obscene gestures.
• Verbal or physical harassment of guests, staff, or performers.
• Excessive signs of intoxication or impairment.
• Failing to follow instructions from arena personnel or security.

Prohibited Items & Liabilities

• Electronics: Video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, laptops, tablets, and cameras with lenses longer than 3 inches.
• Outside Food & Drink: No outside food, beverages, coolers, or reusable containers.
• Disturbances: Noise makers, air horns, laser pointers, and aerosol cans.
• Substances: Drugs, illegal substances, and related paraphernalia.

Bag & Camera Policy

• Approved Bags: Clear purses (5×9 inches or smaller) or clear diaper bags.
• Prohibited Bags: Backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, and computer/camera bags.
• Security: All visitors and bags are subject to search upon entry.

Parking & Liability

• Hours: Lots generally open 1 hour prior to event start and close 1 hour after.
• No overnight parking.
• Liability: Please lock your vehicle and remove all valuables.
• 1818 Arena Group LLC and Mesquite Arena are not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of personal property or vehicles.

Ticketing & Seating

• Entry: Doors typically open 1 hour before start. Have digital/printed tickets ready.
• Seating: Management reserves the right to issue last-minute changes for similar or better seating.
