Primary Responsibilities
Facility Upkeep: Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, concourses, and seating areas during and after events.
Event Transition: Assist in moving tables, chairs, or arena equipment to accommodate different event layouts.
Waste Management: Ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly and the exterior grounds remain litter-free.
Rapid Response: Address spills or mechanical issues (clogs, lighting) immediately to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Qualifications & Skills
Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle manual labor tasks.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for the “Rodeo City” brand.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Schedule: Includes “post-event” shifts which may run late into the night or early morning.
Environment: Exposure to various cleaning chemicals and indoor/outdoor weather conditions.
